John McCain is takeing the lead away from Obama…
I’ve heard that this trend is going to continue into Wednesday and possibly give McCain a bigger bounce.
I think this is all with the help of Sarah… it has to be. =)
The silly Liberal media & leftist keep attacking her and spreading lies about her… Even Obama’s supporters & his campaign are slandering her the best they can… I guess somehow they think that they can fool people into thinking she’s all wrong or something… I know for a fact that middle America does not have that option about her. We are all not latté sippers in California that just go with every smear and rumor we hear…
I think the more they try to hurt her and lie the worse it will sink their numbers in the polls. If they keep doing it they are just asking for a McCain/Palin victory! and a Obama/Biden landslide… in November.
If you don’t believe me just watch the trend they will sink their own poll number the more they open their dirty mouths to slander her.
Americans that respect their Country, Life, and Christian & family values Love Sarah and have respect for her.
Also older people & people that still care about America and have respect for their freedom and know what we fought for, are also watching… I’m pretty sure they took note of John McCain’s patriotic speech.
Why can’t people just understand that you can’t ever kill the American spirit?
The working class is taking note also… Here in Texas we know that offshore drilling creates tons of jobs and boost our economy and lowers our gas prices… which in turn opens up other opportunities, creates jobs & we still respect the environment and have nature preserves and safe places in the gulf for the fishes. (I’ve studied it) The oil we pump offshore here supplies 20% or more of Americas oil, and we are aware of how it takes money to buy & lease the spots they drill on and how we have a limited amount of platforms.
Middle class working Americans understand that drilling for more oil & natural gas all across America will help pay for the other stuff we need to do. Like pay for the windmills, and solar panels, or even electric cars.
That is why our state is republican red…
The only states that don’t understand that are just the ones who are either dependent on our hard work here, or foreign oil from the middle east, or what is piped in from Canada… that’s why they have the blue states further up north.
I have a feeling that us so called small town “bitter” church loving, gun clinging people will be leaning far more to the republican ticket… And that’s not good because this is what America stands for.
In God we trust!
And I’m even tired of liberals & atheist thinking they can erase that off of our money.
So what do you think about these poll numbers and the rising trends…?
Should Liberals keep on blabbing, being nasty, being rude, being sexist, and bad mouthing Sarah and making her look more & more like a saint & a savior to us, and the rest of middle class working America?

Bush/McCain is Now negotiating unconditionally with North Korea after letting them get the bomb. Obama is attacked for being open to negotiating unconditionally with Iran before they get the bomb. Under Bush/McCain returning vets with head injuries are being left out to dry and paying college tuition for returning vets is too much. (Most Americans trust McCain/Bush on the terrorism and the military.)
McCain/Bush support risking our environment by opening More offshore drilling when it will take over 10 years for it to effect gas prices by $.05 while our country is distracted from investing in green technology. (75% of voters support opening up More – we have thousands of acres of untapped drilling areas – offshore drilling rather than permanently addressing our dependency on foreign oil with green technology.
McCain wants to tax American making under $110,000 at 3 times the rate of Obama. (Most Americans believe they will pay less taxes with McCain)
Is it scary?

I’m starting a business in Costa Rica which requires an offshore bank account. Is it possible to open a business account over the internet with a bank in the Caribbean that doesn’t require a minimum deposit?
I’ve noticed that people usually open an offshore account and start their own company in the Caribbean to avoid paying tax. But is it possible to open a business account with a company started/registered in Costa Rica (not in the Caribbean) instead?
Any information people can provide will be very much appreciated.

I think my fiancee is wanting to get back with her ex husband. We just had a son together and she already has a son from her previous marriage. I work offshore so I am only home 2 weeks out of the month. I have reasons for not trusting her so I sneak around and look through her phone. She’s always getting text messages from him. Everytime she gets a phone call she goes outside to talk unless its her mom or a freind that she don’t mind me listening to the conversation. She pretends like she hates him when I’m around but the other night she thought I was sleeping and I heard them talking on the phone about their past relationship. I’ve seen texts she has sent him saying she was mad because they did’nt work out. The other day they were fighting and he said that while I was offshore one week she was sleeping with him. She denied it of course. I love her, shes the mother of my son but I might have to pack my bags, get my son and leave. What should I do and how do I find out the truth.

If anyone can help me answer this question in details, it will be greatly appreciated. Here are the facts:
1. Client is an overseas parent company with subsidiary in the State of California.
2. Client has an offshore holding company in Cayman Islands.
3. The BOD of parent company and offshore company are 100% controlled by a group of people I call “Faction A.” Faction A is a group of people that took over the parent company and its BOD, as well as BOD of the offshore holding company.
4. Faction B, on the other hand, is a group of people that worked for and was in control of the entire corporation before Faction A took over power of the entire corporation and its BOD.
5. The General Manager of the subsidiary in California belongs to Faction B. After Faction A took over both the overseas parent company’s and the Cayman offshore company’s BOD, Faction A decides to remove General Manager of the subsidiary, who was a Faction B advocate. Since Faction A fully controls BOD’s of the overseas parent company and its offshore company, Faction A is legally entitled to remove General Manager of the subsidiary and to appoint a new general manager who supports Faction A.
6. The issue is, however, that even if parent company and the offshore holding company (with their BODs now being fully controlled by Faction A) are legally entitled to restructure its company by appointing new corporate officers for its subsidiary in California, the general manager (a Faction B advocate) is now refusing to cooperate. She has refused to hand the company seal to the newly appointed general manager; has blocked access to books and accounts; and has failed to provide assistance to a smooth transition of authority. In other words, she refuses to cooperate with the parent company’s decision to remove her. She hates them.
7. My question is, what possible legal actions and ramifications are available to the overseas parent company or its offshore Cayman Island holding company, so that a smooth transition of authority can be done? Please list out all possible legal actions we can take to ensure compliance (including injunctions, preliminary injunctions, court enforcement orders, etc) and how to achieve them (ie., how do I file for injunctions/court enforcement orders, etc., in the state of California)? Further, please also provide a list of possible legal cause of actions, for example, larceny (instead of embezzlement, since the Faction B General Manager has no legal right to possess company’s property), breach of fiduciary duty, breach of trust, etc??
